  Everything was good and the order came pretty quickly. My only comment is that I ordered from Ireland and there was very little tracking information on the package between dispatch and arrival - it would have been nice to know where it was at. But it arrived and was all good!

  As I would expect from Peugeot - not cheap, but superb quality from the process of ordering, communication, packing…. The mill is sturdy, works perfectly so far and has exchangeable containers, so i can use different types of peppercorns. Perfect!

  Absolutely over the moon with my purchase of salt and pepper grinders. We have been looking for a long time for some quality grinders and these are the Rolls Royce of any we have seen. Lovely choice of colour and a good price for such quality. Ordering was quick and easy. Beautifully packaged with fast delivery

  I ordered a pepper mill as a gift - there was a slight issue with the delivery address but Peugot Saveurs sorted it out for me and were very good at keeping me informed. The pepper mill was then delivered promptly and the recipient was very pleased with it!

  Peugeot was quick to post my order, and they included a nice little silicone funnel for refilling in the package that is actually an extremely handy extra! Their products are beautifully made. I hope to be using them for many years to come!

  I am writing this review because Peugeot has asked me to. I ordered the item 14 days ago. It has still not arrived. Courier says they tried to deliver 7 & 6 days ago. They did not. Since then next to zero communication from Peugeot or courier. The Peugeot live chat goes into perpetual ‘buffer’ if I try to ask for an update. Really disappointing. Starting to think I’ve been scammed.

  I received an open box with a used salt mill inside. The mill had been filled with salt, however, not through a funnel so there was salt stuck between the top and main part. The booklet was loose in the box (not hung on the side by an elastic band like it was the case for my -new- pepper mill). This was clearly a product that had been used and should not have been sold as a new product. Quality control before dispatch is obviously and sadly non existent.

  The site isn't the easiest to navigate, the layout is confusing. Delivery took longer than expected because their email said it would be delivered on a certain day but it took several days after that with no explanation. Probably down to the carriers Also ordered in plenty of time for Xmas- it was a present - but didn't arrive till well after it. Product looks good though and is working well so far.

But no one ever replied to any of the emails I sent to your customer service on the UK facing website and the phone number was to France not the UK. It was only when I sent an email to the contact details supplied with the survey link that I got any communication. You need to change the customer service contact details on your UK facing website

  Good price and free shipping. Bought the set as a gift but I do own another Peugeot grinder and it is absolutely fantastic. The set even came with a funnel to fill the grinders.

To answer your point about delivery, Colissimo is the French equivalent of Royal Mail and they usually take the parcel from our warehouse and hand it over to Parcel Force in the UK, unless the parcel is over £135 in which case FedEx will collect the parcel and process customs paperwork. So either way, it will be FedEx or Parcel Force that delivers in the UK. However, we will look to improve this communication on the order confirmation emails so it is clearer. Thanks for shopping with Peugeot.

  Very happy with the product but delivery was quite slow. It arrived in an enormous box with lots of inflated plastic wrap. I think paper could have been used instead, let’s stop using plastic!!!

  I ordered two items from Peugeot Saveur, and there was an issue with delivery, but the customer service was very helpful and nice about it and got it sorted promptly. I'm very happy with the products and would recommend.

  I liked the well design, attractive sit. It was very easy to navigate. Information about each product was comprehensive and easy to read. Checking out was straightforward. Delivery from France to London was fast and trouble free.

  easy to order and delivery time was not too long, works out a little expensive with the delivery costs but could not find it in the UK. its the right one for the salt grinder

  I always like to give credit where its due. You sort of get used to delivery costs, I was able to buy the pepper corns from Amazon so no delivery costs. When I need more I'll order more items to make it worth while

As our orders come from France, it is not always possible to guarantee a particular day for delivery, mainly because of customs issues. However, we are working on improving our system, and hope to have a quicker and more accurate delivery system in place in the near future.

We do work hard with our couriers to ensure deliveries are made within our time frame, however there are sometimes issues at customs, or couriers are delayed.   Product is fantastic. The courier service wasn't very goo as i got no notification there were coming and missed them the first time they tried to deliver, and only just caught them the second. A text or email notification would have been good and i would have ensured I was in.

  These mills are quite simply works of art. I have a few and I'm in awe of the way they are designed and crafted. I have bought four as Christmas presents. Very lavish but they are guaranteed for life.

  The salt and pepper set are exactly the right colour I wanted. Life time quarentee was definitely the selling point as I have so many sets in my cupboard which are useless.

  Very quick and helpful response on problems with our delivery. Packaging could have been better with products having fallen out of their individual packaging and rolling around in the package, some stuffing might help; however everything arrived without damages.
