Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. Verified reviewI did a thorough price search before ordering and bike inn were overall best value inc delivery charge. I was kept informed at all times about the progress of my order. Communication was good. I would say that actual delivery times could be quicker but they did under promise and over deliver in that I was kept informed of delivery on 25/3 but goods arrived on 20/3.
