Verified reviewProduct arrived and was as ordered but was sent after its supposed delivery date meaning the delivery was then also late. This caused me a huge inconvenience. The 1 star is for the customer service, or lack of, that I received when trying to ascertain what was was happening.

Verified reviewNie otrzymałam faktury za zakupiony towar mimo że podczas składania zamówienia pozostawiłam prośbę o fakturę i dane firmy. Obsługa sklepu zlekceważyła moją prośbę twierdząc że nie otrzymali żadnej informacji na ten temat. Firma sprzedaje w Polsce ale kontakt jest tylko po angielsku oraz tłumaczenie opisów i treści na stronie jest do zdecydowanego dopracowania. Używanie translatora jest słabe w takich przypadkach. Buty Shimano które kupiłam są super.

Dzień dobry, Bardzo przepraszamy za niedogodności, jednak fakturę można pobrać bezpośrednio ze swojego konta i wydrukować tyle razy, ile potrzeba, zmiana danych na fakturze jest niemożliwa, jeśli jest to wymagane, ale każdy produkt sprzedawany w naszej firmie ma faktura. Pozdrowienia,

Verified reviewI live in Sweden and I've placed a couple of orders. The selection and prices are great, but... Items show as in stock, but turns out they are ordered from the supplier when the order is placed. Some of the items turned out not to be in stock at the suppliers end. A used very long deliver times sinve the order was not shipped while waiting for those items... I the end I canceled a couple of items, just so the rest could be shipped. The delivery times after that were good. Returns take forever to ship and process. All things considered I rather pay a higher price with more predictable deliveries and faster returns processing.
