Opening the return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture) In these cases, you can claim compensation for the inconvenience if you do not wish to return the item received. Verified reviewThe Item came no problems perfectly wrapped and in good time considering it was Spain to the uk . The only reason for me to not give five stars is the tracking app that it got me to install in order to track the parcel is not great . Showed my parcel going from Spain to the Netherlands and then nothing 6 days later it was (and still is) showing that the parcel is still in the Netherlands when in fact I have it in the uk ??

In the end bikeinns high priced delivery failed to arrive before I went away and took at least twice as long as indicated - could,be saved £7.50 and ordered it from eBay with free p&p.
