Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, having looked into this I can see that the table was delivered within the stated 3-10 day window. As per our website we do not offer timed slots. As you specifically requested with the delivery company for this to be delivered before 11am after you booked the delivery date, the delivery company could not complete the delivery on the day offered. Delivery companies will need to plan routes in advance, and often it is not possible to rearrange what may be 20-30 deliveries, to accommodate one customer within a specific demand. We can see that the table has now been delivered to you and this was completed within the 3-10 day window we state for deliveries. Kind regards Cornilleau UK
