Verified reviewI would not use this company again, yes they have things in stock that others don’t, but, their customer service is shocking. They are extremely slow at replying to emails, they do not read your emails properly, they will not accept responsibility for a mistake they made, delivery is very slow albeit it does come from Spain. Clearly one of those big companies who just don’t care. In a nut shell avoid.

This is still not adequate. I notified you of a missing item well within 3 days, you took along time to reply and now you claim it is outside the 3 days to make a claim. Read my messages, look at the tracking details, look at the reply times it is all there. Sort this out by sending the missing item out. Accept you are at fault and do it. I look forward to a very prompt reply.

Hello Jon, We think the explanation the team gave you confused you. If you receive an incomplete package, that is, with an item that is not in it, you must enter the return request, that does not mean that you are going to return the item, it is simply the process to claim the lack of the item. Our team sent you the steps to follow on several occasions, you can submit the claim anyway by sending the photos of how you received the package and the items you received in it. Have a nice day
