Verified reviewBike Inn were again best on price when I was looking for a new saddle and I saved a considerable amount by shopping with them even with the postage cost. My new saddle arrived exactly when they said it would so all in all great prices backed up by great service.

Verified reviewI paid extra for a two day delivery option however the item didn’t arrive within the specified time. I asked Bikeinn to refund the delivery charge but they refused, I will no longer be using bikeINN

Your estimate was one to two days, not two to three days or three to four days! you shouldn’t be offering a paid for service to deliver early an item early if you can’t meet the estimate, this is really poor customer service!

Verified reviewFound what I needed straight away. I would say that I placed 2 orders within 10 mins of eachother and was charged 2 lots of postage. My fault of course, but it would have been nice for the orders to be sent together. Delivered on time thanks.

Verified reviewI was told that I would get cashback for making a further order. I made a further order based on this offer, but never received the cashback. When I raised the issue with customer services they never answered my query properly or did they offer to fulfill the cashback promise and send me the promised cash.
