Verified reviewI tried to cancel the order before it was even dispatched, but then it was dispatched 2 days later, I am waiting for yous to re call it for a return from the delivery company but even the customer service team haven’t replied , stay away these people are disgracefully.

Was disappointed when I received the seat to see i had been sent the standard R12g/s seat and not the Rally seat in the picture/advert on the website, when I emailed I took 3 days for a reply and customer services literally said the picture is for illustration only,surely you picture what your selling ?.Any way after paying customs due to been in another country it's not worth the hassle to return the seat,

Verified reviewI didn't receive my fully order, I raised a ticket with the help desk bot, uploaded pictures and eventually received an email from their support team. They again requested pictures of packaging which I had submitted already. I couldn't resupply as I added directly from camera to bot chat. This went nowhere. Ive since ordered the parts from another store .
