  Booking for France. The time options were am/pm rather than 24hr format, so I was never sure whether my 1200 arrival was correctly booked. Had to switch to French model for clarity. The registration number of the car .. UK didn't feature on the drop down menu, so I was 'autre'. This cost time and was frustrating, so far from ideal. I also wanted to know if I would be OK to arrive early, road conditions & ferries being unreliable. Plenty of info on overstaying, nothing about early arrival. Not useful. The payment security procedure was more byzantine than usual: open my card app, confirm payment, then return to Onepark and key in my details again.

  The online booking barcode is not getting read at the entrance machine. We had to get a new ticket. The machine is not user friendly for scanning the code from mobile. Also we had to waster more time to find the office place where they give us a card with giving the time validations. Overall the location is main and safe

  No option to pay as a guest. No PayPal option. By default saves my credit card details to my profile. A big NO. I never save my credit card online for safety reasons and here I wasn't even asked if I wanted to. The first time I tried to book, I received an 503 at the very last step, just when I clicked the PAY button. Very suspicious. And I was left in a situation in which I didn't know whether I had a parking booked or no. Whether they charged me or not? (The credit card statements are visible after a couple of days, so I couldn't check right away.) After some time, I repeated the process and I was finally able to book, but this time I was not asked for a TAN, which is normally needed for every online transaction with my credit card. Very fishy... Anyway, I hope everything will turn out good with my reservation, and that I don't discover some extra unwanted transactions on my credit card statement.

  Easy to book, so good to know you have a parking space for the whole weekend. However I did only book the evening before so the car park itself were not prepared for me . The registration number was not recognised on admittance and I had to get a normal entrance ticket which meant I had to search out the attendant to assist so on leaving I did not pay twice. He had no English I have no Spanish so after many hand signals , showing of booking emails and a phone call to his head office I finally was told to come back on day I was leaving to get my exit ticket. Just a bit of a pain after a long drive! However worth it for the peace of mind of getting a city central parking space!

  Because of an injury I could not travel for 3 weeks and therefore needed to leave my car for 3 weeks where only 4 days were booked. Onepark calculated the best price that the overall stay would have costed and all went extremely smoothly.

  Reasonable price, loads of parking spaces. I was worried I’d got the wrong place though. It’s actually in a fully functioning Mercadona shop carpark. That wasn’t mentioned and I was a bit stressed in a big city but all turned out great.

  First you have to figure out what to do when you drive down the ramp - there's nothing to indicate how to pay. I had to ask the hotel upstairs, they told me to install an app, create a userid & password, enter your bank card, your name and address to create an account. Then you have to "book" a reservation starting and ending time. Then you enter a code when you arrive and leave. Ridiculous. A gate, ticket and debit card works perfectly at every other parking garage in the city. I just needed to park for 15 minutes to pick up a package nearby.

  I actually didn't have to draw a ticket, as the barrier just opened when I arrived. However, I misread about having to state the booking number and name when exiting, so I probably made the person on duty a little frustrated. Sorry about that. In my defense, they were almost not audible through the intercom at all.

  Onepark offers wide selection of parking options displayed on a map, making it easy to compare different sites. My most recent booking had insufficient information provided. 1. The name was different. It's not Campanile anymore but Travelodge. 2. Getting into the car park requires you to stop at a designated place near the barrier, go into reception, book in/get registered and then they open the barrier for you. Due to low season traffic it was not difficult to find out everything, but imagine yourself when there are others behind you waiting.

  I only had one issue and that was on entering the car park the first time. Maybe it is a cultural difference, but when I entered my code to open the door it beeped and the red light turned on not the green light. I assumed my code wasn't working because where you type in the number you can't see e or hear the door opening. In the US, red means stop, green means go. I sat there for 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone for assistance. Once I realized red means enter and not green it was fine. Maybe a description in the notes would be beneficial?

  Not sure why it asked for my Acor membership as it made no difference as far as I could tell. If was relatively easy to book but at 20€ a day seems fairly expensive.

  No assistance at all when needed. We could not open the gate but no one answered the intercom. after we by ourselves managed to enter and park our car, we could not get out as pedestrians! I phoned the assistance number but the person who answered was utterly uninterested and not proactive at all. He said he would contact the genitor but never called back. When I called again, he told me that there was no one and that we could not be helped. The only solution was to get our money back. But we were stuck! Finally, we found an official way to get out but it was terrible because we were accompanying someone in a wheelchair. The parking facility is good, near the Grand Palais, and cheap but the support is disastrous!

  Either the machine wasn't working or our code wasn't. The guy there saw what we paid, though, and let us in. We just had to remind them upon leaving that so-and-so already knew the situation and it was ok. It's a great service to use, though.

  Safe and cheap parking. If you choose a package of more days, the price is even better. Just pay attention, in case you want to go in and out, choose the multiple exit option. Otherwise the reservation ends regardless of whether the package is for many days and you need to contact them by phone to solve it.

  Tive um engano na data de fim da minha reserva e contatei por email a empresa, ainda hoje nao tenho resposta e passou mais de 1 semana. Fui ao site fazer alteração e por um dia cobraram mais de 50€. Quando cheguei para levantar o carro queriam cobrar mais 26€. Resumindo se nao tivesse reservado online teria pago 26 e online cobraram me 53. Vergonhoso

  The booked car park was permanently closed and unaccessible. Customer service refused to refund my money and insisted the car park was open by sending a picture from their website which was not a current photo. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The customer service team has stopped responding. These guys are scammers.

  I was surprised by the number of bad reviews for the various car parkings in Paris. But this one gets 5 stars from me. Booking went easy. Information was clear. It was easy to find. Doors opened on (foreign) license plate (in & out). Lanes and spaces were wide enough. Code for the pedestrian entrance worked like a charm.

  The number plate recognition did not work (this is the third time this has happened in about a year). The barcode to enter the car park by foot (after parking the car) did not work. Customer service (contacted via on the speakerphone outside) was rude and unhelpful, essentially unwilling to check the booking ID to look into the matter.
