  The booking process is rather direct but when we had to change the booking, it's not as simple, we have to cancel the entire reservation and start again. And the price will change if you come back to the reservation like one week later. However, I was very impressed with the customer service support staff Fabien, who answered my queries each time and guide me when I had difficulty with the new user welcome code. Thank you Fabien!

  The plate was not able to scan by getting in the garage. Service from the hotel need to open the gate. Ticket was also needed to be signed by the reservation again to get out.

  The app just wasn’t working correctly, very hard to get the Alicante Airport area up. Good job I’ve used Ascars before as finally managed to find them. When I chose them my dates disappeared and I had to put them in again with Ascars. Not sure I got the 15% discount promised either. Then my email came from Onepark confirming my booking. The Onepark booking site definitely needs some work to make it better to use.

  The booking was fast & easy. Great! The entrance to the parking is very small, be sure your vehicle is really only 2m in width and 1,9m height. The code worked well on the car door, but it did not work on the pedestrian entrance. We needed someone to let us in before we could get to the car.

  Booked the car park at the Hilton Gemeva Airport. Poorly signposted and difficult to find, very bad car park. Only two tiny spaces available, barely big enough for a small city car let alone a mid size or full size one. I expect to return to my car to find it dented and scratched. For approx. CHF18/day this is lousy value for money. Never again.

  I have used Onepark on numerous occasions and now I go straight to the site whenever I am travelling and I always book the same car park a few minutes walk from Avignon station. So far, everything has gone perfectly smoothly and I am a very satisfeid customer!

  Straightforward booking procedure. The actual car park I booked I would not use again as it appeared to be the car park for a neighbouring derelict hotel and I was surprised with a flat tyre on my return as there was debris in the carpark including the giant screw I drove over.

  Please write more clearly or "bigger" (I could not find it easily) on the booking Website what happens if the time reserved exceeds/if you arrive later. I tried to extend the booking which was not possible, but a new reservation could only be made for one hour later.

  Taking the car to the big cities is always a nightmare, but onepark really helps you out. It allows you to actually choose the location/price you're willing to reserve. Also the liberty to get in and out the parking as many times as you want is highly appreciated.

  Shuttle service every 30 minutes is just too slow, and walking to the airport by foot with luggages is really a poor experience. On top, they charge you for 4€ per person !! per direction !!!... Where in most airports a shuttle service comes for free, here not only you pay, but the bus shuttle is not even equipped with luggage boxes,.... A shame for a public airport.

  The design of the app and the booking process are very very poor. I booked a car park space for three days but only realised it was unusable for me after I had paid. Buried in the email order confirmation under the extra information heading were the most important aspects of the booking i.e. when the car park space is accessible. By default I assume most car parks are accessible 24/7. This one was completely closed on Sundays and closed at 7.30 every other day. This info is obviously very important when booking a 3 day slot in a car park as I was. This info should have been stated up front and clearly when I requested a quote - it was not. This info should have been much more prominent in the confirmation email. It was also in a really small font which made it doubly difficult to read on my phone. I was unable to use the car park once for the three days so felt completely ripped off.

  I used onepark because I left it too late to book at a GVA parking. This was cheaper and had large parking spaces undercover. Perfect! Payment and access was simple, the navette was easy - will always checkout onepark in future!

The two big issues, for me, are that (1) it is not possible to access booking and eventually extend the parking time (especially when your plane is delayed or you stay longer abroad), and (2) there is no customer service available to sort out situations or request further information.

  The biggest problem with our space renting experience was that you CANNOT know the model or license number of a rental car until you have it, at which time OnePark DOES NOT allow you to update/modify the information needed to enter the car park. In Nice, Indigo Cours Saleya, this meant One Park told me to use the access code they gave me, which did not work. SO they said take a ticket, and use the intercom to leave the car park. This added 15 minutes every day to my vacation, often based on luck in the intercom and staff being around. Idiotic not to allow modifying the model and license once you have it! Never again!!

  ONEPARK made it easy to find parking near my event. Seeing the cost made it easy to make a decision. The hotel where I parked was very accommodating. I don’t always find ONEPARK parking that meets my needs but when I do, it has always been a good experience.

  Mein Auto wurde dort beschädigt bzw. angefahren. Es waren Kratzer an der Rückseite vorhanden als ich das Auto abgeholt habe. Sie haben behauptet, dass sie es nicht waren. Die Beschädigung war jedoch neu und man konnte erkennen, dass die Kratzer frisch waren. Keiner spricht Deutsch oder Englisch. Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Keiner wollte uns helfen und alles wurde abgestritten. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

  Pim Pam Parking in Castelldefels frequently can not find my reservations made through Onepark. Although they always work it out, the insecurity caused su this uncertainty when arriving at the parking is stressful and unnecessary if your operating systems were better integrated.

  I needed to reserve parking for 4 days in San Sebastian in Spain (a town that seems to have Draconian parking restrictions) and turned to Onepark to find and reserve a place. The whole process was easy and the parking was much cheaper than going directly to less favourable parking garages. It was easy to book and pay and the reservation cancelled be cancelled up to 24hrs in advance if I need to.

  Very convenient booking with simple code for entry. €4/hr for a parking lot in Paris without a height barrier seemed very reasonable to me. Our car is 2.6m tall. Maybe a 10 min walk to the Trocadero.
