  Impossible to locate the parking entrance at Montpellier. Called hotel and no response. Tried to cancel booking and even wrote to customer services via the online form. Now five days since I sent email. Still no response. I had to abandon and find alternative parking because I had a train to catch.

  The instructions and booking formalities were very straight forward. The parking place was in a building and was too narrow for entry and exit for my Tesla Model Y. Parking space itself was good but not suggested for SUVs.

  Absolutely useless customer service when I had to prolong my stay. I rang from abroad. The phone call was never answered nor my email. In the end, I booked a new stay in the same car park and crossed my fingers that was the correct approach to take. Directions for getting in and out of the building lacked clarity. Couldn’t find the building itself because it was wrapped in plastic which made it look like a demolition site. The car entry I took didn’t have a code box so I was lucky someone was exiting which meant the door was opened for me and on foot the exit inside wasn’t marked. Lighting inside was really dim too. Also it wasn’t clear that there were two sets of parking place numbers per floor. I went round twice before I discovered the 3xx. Very very disappointing experience. Scary even because I wasted so much time trying to find my way in and out that I could have missed my flight. I would not like to have to collect my car late at night. Will I ever find the entry to the building again?

  Actually the car park where I booked, was overbooked and only thanks to the Hotel Staff was it possible to park there. We had to move a lot of Stuff away and around to make a space free for me to fit my car in. I´d payed for multiple exits and entrances, but I left the car where it was, once I got the parking space. It was not a good experience to find out your parking space which you thought was save isn´t, after a six hour drive.

  Booking of the car park was easy . However, the car park itself disaster. Very narrow, tight spaces. Other people parked their cars on two spaces, leaving me without space to park. After 20 min waiting, someone left and I was able to park my car. So not recommended parking at NH Collection Barcelona Podium Hotel car park.

  Nach den vielen schlechten Bewertungen, die wir gelesen hatten, haben wir mit gemischten Gefühlen dieses Parkhaus gebucht. Wir parkten mit unserem Fahrzeug auf der Ebene -3 und hatten nichts auszusetzen. Einzig der Uringeruch in den seitlichen Rinnen war unangenehm und der gleiche Müll lag 3 Tage. Insgesamt macht das Parkhaus, wenn man mal drinnen ist, einen guten Eindruck. Wir würden hier wieder parken.

  My overall satisfaction with Onepark is very high, but in this parking garage specifically they charged me for 20 minutes extra almost what Onepark charged me! So that is why I'm not giving 5 stars.

  Fairly easy to use and then repeat. Modifying the timings once booked is not so straightforward as was discovered when we arrived earlier than planned and missed the deadline, which was a couple of hours before the booked time. You can change up to one hour before, but we found it difficult to modify the booking so had to leave the airport and then return at the scheduled time.

  Tutto perfetto! All'hotel Pablo dove ho lasciato l'auto il parcheggio è nel garage dell'albergo, con controllo h24 e al coperto dove l'auto si può lasciare per lunghi periodi. Il personale della reception è cordiale ed efficiente ed ha chiamato un taxi per condurmi all'aeroporto poco distante.

  While purchasing a parking space was relatively easy, the instructions on finding days space could have been much better. The address given leads you to the hotel and that is it. No mention of having to pull into an underground carpark that has no signage. On street signage or more precise instructions really needed.

  Entering the autopark very difficult because I entered the key many Times almost 10 minutes.other cars back of üs became very angry. But we lived the biggest tragedy when we have attempted to go out. I entered the the key many so many Times but the barrier did not open. My wife found an officer he came with her. He saw the key in your mail. He tried so many Times too. But he was not successfull either. he opened the barrier manually. We got out the autopark like a prison.
