  I needed to reserve parking for 4 days in San Sebastian in Spain (a town that seems to have Draconian parking restrictions) and turned to Onepark to find and reserve a place. The whole process was easy and the parking was much cheaper than going directly to less favourable parking garages. It was easy to book and pay and the reservation cancelled be cancelled up to 24hrs in advance if I need to.

  Very convenient booking with simple code for entry. €4/hr for a parking lot in Paris without a height barrier seemed very reasonable to me. Our car is 2.6m tall. Maybe a 10 min walk to the Trocadero.

  The access and exit to the car park were challenging. On arrival, my code was not recognised and I had to resort to taking a ticket to enter. The to exit the car park towards the train station, the door wouldn’t open, and I had to ask a train station agent through a window to help me out. And on the return, the car park agent had to let me out as there were no keypad to dial the code and the ticket taken on entry was asking for payment. A challenging parking experience facilitated by agents, without whom I would have been stuck both on entry and exit!

  Initially made a mistake with booking dates. After contact OnePark refunded quickly. Being a good company isn’t just having a good booking system but realising people do mess up and helping when they do.

  The online booking process was easy, good map, good directions, multiple options. But the real problem was that we parked at the Intercontinental Geneva and your information says there is a shuttle to the airport at 5:20, 5:40 and 6am. We waited for the first, then the second, no shutle and by that time we were borderline later for the flight so we had to take a cab and pay 40CHF in a hurry and a lot of stress, and only just about made it because we were lucky that the taxi was there at that time in the morning! Please update the information so other people don't have the same problem, or take it up with the Hotel... thank you

  Onepark offers an excellent service to customers. The App is well designed and very helpful. The only minor problem I faced was that the app did not allow me to change the reservation to an earlier starting date without prior cancellation. I can recommend Onepark without hesitation.

  When I got to the parking: surprise, the barrier would not open, so I had to get a ticket from the machine to be able to go in. When trying to leave, the person at the reception of the parking could not find my reservation, even when I showed him reservation number and proof of reservation from my phone. At first he asked me to pay for the parking (again - since I had already paid once via the App). They were finally kind enough to let me through, but they could never find the registration and made me feel like I was trying to get a free ride.

  Found the entry using the images on google. The entrance is just on the left side of the hotel. Google maps doesn’t show the correct coordinates. 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower but park was much closer.

  I paid for a whole day price and I stayed less time than I estimated into total however I was charged an extra £2.60 for arriving 30minutes earlier than estimated and leaving one hour earlier. Completely ridiculous and greedy from Q-Park.

  Es fácil aparcar en el parking con el coche, pero solo puedes aparcar en la planta -2 y cuando lo reservas no lo dice en ningun lado. Tuve que cambiarlo de sitio al darme cuenta y casi pierdo el ave. si vas con maleta, no hay ascensor para bajar a la parte del parking online, asi que es complicado bajar.

  The app is good. The information on it regarding the carpark serving SUVs was not adequate - at least not my EV9 which admitedly is a tank. Also thé carpark was ancient.

  I paid for parking online in advance, but when I arrived, it seems that the camera did not recognize my license plate (probably because it’s a UK plate). As a result, the system didn’t register my payment and I was forced to pay a second time upon entry. This was very inconvenient and disappointing.

  Experiência péssima desde a entrada até a saída. No dia da saída fiquei 40 minutos tentando descer até o estacionamento, mas o ticket que me entregaram não valia. Não consegui abrir a catraca de saída mesmo tendo feito pagamento antes. Inacreditável! Muito ruim mesmo.

  The reserved bays are not clearly marked. Some of the reserved bays had name cards attached to them, but we couldn't find ours, so we ended up parking in an empty car space, as we weren't sure if we were meant to move one of the plastic barriers. Not great when you are in an unfamiliar place and worried about making your train on time.

  Geparkeerd in het centrum van Parijs, 14e arr. Saemes Mairie du 14ème. Van tevoren gereserveerd (op dezelfde dag), bedrag: 90 euro voor 4 dagen. Nette, schone parkeergarage, we reden met kentekenherkenning in en met de code konden we makkelijk in en uit. We hebben de auto deze dagen laten staan en hebben Parijs met de metro verkend. Groot genoeg voor een stationwagen.
