  The navigation on site was a bit complicated. It took a bit too long to get everything finally is clear. The service was actually pretty good. The location is okay. But the parking garage itself is bad. I had issue to find my car back. The lift has no number, so i didn't know how i have to go to the third floor forexample. The information in the parking garage i think is bad. But i'm satisfied enough about Onepark.

  The booking process was very smooth. One thing to note is the parking lot sizes, I was on the -2 floor and it is not prepared for mid to large SUVs even though it mentions that it can fit these cars on the website. Luckily the parking was empty so there was no issue but if it is during high season it will be challenging for mid-sized cars to fit. It even seems that the smaller cars barely fit the space.

  First time I tried to book it was awful , registered a card , it was approved , then booking failed , registered another bank card - one I’d used earlier in the day. Booking seemed ok , but then even though I had a booking number , payment hadn’t gone through. Could see no reason why not. I contacted customer services - using the option - I have not made a booking ! Or something like that.. received automated response that it had been logged. Today I tried booking again , all went through fine, money gone from my account and reservation email received . I’ve contacted customer services again saying please ignore first attempt at booking as I’ve now done it successfully. I hope u don’t end up with two bookings! So yes , today it was easy , but yesterday was frustrating and impossible . As I was doing this for my mother who is flying next week ,it was also concerning as she was very anxious and was thinking she’d have to drive to the airport to try to sort it out ,

  Was an easy process and as we had a hire car, made it so much better trying to get parking in Barcelona city, without the worry of locating the correct areas you legally allowed to park.

  Great parking right across from the train. Our only issue was the gate. The hotel wasn't open when we arrived and a gate code was not provided at check-in. 2 helpful men from the hotel (guests or employees??) had the code and let us in. Other than that everything was perfect.

  Your website has some faults . Asking for my return flight it would not accept the correct return date, but only the leaving date. So now I will have to verify with Boxxinn the correct return flight and date

  Initialially I was doubtful about booking a parking place with Onepark as I'd never heard of them. However as they could supply a secure parking spot just where I wanted I gave it a go. It worked well. No problems and the price was good. I'll us them again.

  Very bad. I came at the parking, and the clerk told me still they have no news about the reservation. So he told me to take a normal ticket and explain the issue at the end of the day to the next clerk. When I returned, the night shift clerk told me I had no reservation for that parking and I had to pay the ticket. So I paid two times! I want my money back, how can I proceed?

  Ease of use with the exception of the booking times. Maybe it was a browser/cache issue on my mobile but it took me a few attempts to get the booking times correct. Twice previously I had no issues, so it could well be user error. Otherwise, Onepark is great for me.

  I parked my motor here for two weeks, when I came back I saw that the cover was removed and that someone demolished my side cases. In the parking garage there where more cars that were demolished
