When I came to the parking my number plates were not recognized, so I called the service. They explained that I have to take a ticket, though in the email there was clearly pointed I shouldn’t do this. It was Sunday, there is nobody on-site. I was very nervous about double pay. Also I was late 20 minutes and I didn’t know how to pay this extra time. I don’t know, the exit was just opened, for other cars too. So, I left without showing my park ticket anybody. Honestly, never again I am going to take this unclear and wage experience. I better take a ticket to be sure that I don’t need to call to the service desk and looking for a solution. The energy I spent on this doesn’t cost the discount I got from you. Also, the possibility to pay by Apple Pay in is kind of a must for online purchasing in 2021

The phone app does not always work (often says parking unavailable whereas on my computer there is no problem). Also, since the end of COVID? I have found that there is very little financial advantage to reserving through OnePark - the principal advantage remains online invoices.

We booked with Claus and followed the co ordinates to the car park. We ended up on waste ground in Torrellano and no car park to be seen. We attempted to phone the company but received a pre recorded message in Spanish. After several attempts we were directed to a different parking company who didn't know of us. Eventually with time running out we found a car parking company near the Airport and paid again or our stay. To add insult to injury and to show that they have no idea what's happening instead o a refund they thanked me for using them. They don't even know I didn't show up and that's after a letter of complaint. Won't use them again and will spread the word about my experiences with them.

My booking didn’t go as planned at all. As I arrived to the parking spot, I was told that they are full and unable to take me. Even though my name was in the list, I was not let in. I ended up searching for a parking spot in Strasbourg for more than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I would have a guaranteed parking spot when I pay and book in advance. If the booking is not guaranteed, then please let us know in advance and not after I arrive to the parking spot. I am not sure if I am getting my refund either. Overall disastrous experience.

I booked for a 06:30 am pick up from Alicante. I left earlie as I saw airport was busy at that time. I rang company at 05.50 and said I was going to be early they didn’t say that was a problem and said they would send the driver in 15 mins. I got to the airport at 06.15 and waited 5 mins no one showed up this was now 20 mins since I rang. I rang an additional 4 times driver finally showed up at 06.40 not a good experience

Choosing a parking was hard. I didn’t find the info clear nor what was included such as cleaning. Eventually I just went for the cheapest and closest to the airport. I was told outside cleaning of the vehicle was included. So I asked to have it cleaned internally also. They confirmed the extra price for the internal cleaning and told both the office and the driver. Customer service was excellent and they were punctual. But they handed back the car dirty on the inside and also on the outside, which apparently was included. Other than that, all good.

My fiy experience was great My second experience terrible. I was delayed on the motorway due to an incident but the parking attendant wouldn't wait and told me to use the self parking lot I couldn't get a refund and had tp pay twice. Will never use it again and dekte my account.

The parking didn’t look like the pictures and it smelled really bad. But what bothered us was that the elevator was out of service. We had to climb the stairs with our luggage from -5.

Avoid - Instructions were not clear, the exit code was a one use code despite is saying multiple entry and exits possible so got stuck in an unground car park for nearly half an hour until a resident let me out - nearly missed my flight - complained to one- park but they couldn't even be bothered to respond. What is also bad is the page for the review is biased to give good reviews so If I gave a 1 for the booking and good for the rest it would give an overall good review

The car park offers multiple entries and exits, but they have to be selected before completing the booking procedure. Your booking only had single entry and exit. The button at the exit to open the door does not work. As a neighbor who let us out said, "Not for a long time". And: The information in the app is contradicting itself. For "pedestrian access" the car entrance is indicated in one place (which is incorrect) and a few lines below in the side street, which is correct. That could easily be corrected and solved better.

The employees in the garage in Paris didn't know the difference between a.m. and p.m.. The first employee thought 10:00 p.m. means 10:00 o clock and gave me a wrong ticket for leaving the garage. In the evening I had to explain to his colleague that 10:00 p.m. means 22:00 in reality. He gave me a new ticket and I could leave the garage. It was a big hassel sorting out the ticket. At first having to find the officem then there was no one at the office, then no one at the intercom, and once someone arrived, it took a while to sort out the transfer of the ticket. I expected that for the 1Euro fee, the service would be convenient and efficient - for the license plate to be recognised at the entry and no havnig to walk around the parking lot

This cark park does not have a license plate ricoginsation system, that is why when you arrived at the car park, you need to go to the car park reception which is located at the floor - 2 where a prepaid exit ticket will be given to you in return for the Onepark confirmation email. Onepark does apply a service charge which has been set up to guarantee free cancellation of your reservation (within the time limits specified for each car park) and 24/7 telephone assistance for our customers. Easier to go directly to the car park and pay for the time you need . ‘Onepark’ is not mentioned at entrance so not clear you enter the right car park. You have to call someone at the entrance. This is not clear either.
