The f900r soft pannier (right side) arrived without bolts to fix the gripper to the luggage. I did not see that info written when order was placed. Washers were included in the shipment but no bolts and nuts?! Good luck cutting the costs by not adding 2 small bolts.

Very long delivery time - windscreen was shown on picture, but I had to buy this separate and are still waiting for the package. Total waiting time around a month and still haven’t received the last part. Very disappointed again - always 10 times the delivery time of other companies.

Insanly slow delivery time it took them more than a month for the pakage to arrive and vary bad costumer support. I actualy thaught the website was a scam because there was no actual feetback.
