Verified reviewThe worst service ever by BMW which is not expected from such a legendary brand. I ordered these parts on 2nd March & while ordering the delivery timeline was 3-5 days. It took more than 20 days to deliver this order. I have sent multiple emails & few phone calls but the customer care are totally useless. Additionally there is no reply on the number of emails sent. Next time onwards i will never order from EURO BMW. Also i had to pay for taxes & custom duties which was not mentioned anywhere while purchasing online. Additionally the customer care was even not helping in canceling my order.

Verified review3 weeks on from ordering and paying for auxiliary headlight set, I still haven’t received it, although I’ve had notification that it will be delivered today. VAT was deducted from my order, so the item was held up by UK Cudtoms and an additional handling charge of £14 added to the VAT charge. So, my experience not good and I cannot recommend this company to anyone in the UK.

Verified reviewThe order arrived with considerable delay, had to request feedback good few times, the issue was with the stock not being dispatched from BMW I was told so at the end we had to cancel the item causing the delay and money was refunded imidietly, the issue I had was lack of communication updates from the vendor side I think customer service lack a bit of TLC. The items arrived as advertised, the main issue really was the delay of getting the order, could improve on that for sure. Would think again to order from the site.
