    Very disappointed I placed my order on Nov 16th, I am still waiting for the item to arrive. It has been stuck in customs since Nov 24th. I keep asking BMW for the contact details so I can contact the customs depot but they are not providing it. It is a Christmas present so I very disappointed won’t be service I have received. When placing an order that early I would have certainly expected it to arrive in time.

    Yiu should make sure that shipping info will be snt in English as well. I asked the goods to be shipped to Germany and all emails i got were in German which i can't read
