I have otdered an aftermarket part (crash bar) for my R 900 RT and received it really quick and it was exactly what I wanted. As my bike hasn’t been in production for a long time and it was made for police there is no enough parts for it in the local market and that is a reason I chosed your respectful company as a provider but sometimes you are also missing parts for that type of BMW. If there is a possibility that you improve that part of market with older or rare models it will be a tight thing and I will appreciate it.

I found what I wanted easily, and placing the order went smoothly. However, I was notified my order would arrive on 6 September (only just in time for the birthday party!), but it only arrived a week later. It was also very stressful as I was no notified that being in the UK, I would be eligible to pay customs charges. It would have been great to have known this. Responses to queries were relatively prompt, but rather abrupt considering the circumstances. I appreciate this could also be due to language differences.

In general I had no issues with my orders. The order I am rating was a total diasaster. I received a completely different item and I had to go through a very disturbing procedure to return it. I don't have yet any information about the item I originally ordered, plus I had to pay to return the wrong item. Please advise the online chaters to be more polite (they called me lier) and more detailed about the procedures the customr has to follow in order to correct your mistakes.
