Didn’t appreciate the £72 customs charges before they would deliver the order. Talk about a hidden charge (20% of the item cost) should be mentioned in the advert to make people aware

Ordered in the beginning of July and the carrier lost the parcel. Now it is September and still no package. I been having a long discussion in e-mail with the CS and asked them to send another parcel since I already paid for it. They reply is that they need to get the other parcel back before the can send the new one. Probably won't get any parcel at all..and the MC season is soon over.... First and last time I will buy anything from BMW onlinestore. //Daniel from Sweden

My helmet is faulty, I reported and received very little feedback and now have to pay £50 to send it back! Would not recommend using - product quality of my helmet was very poor. The visor has a huge gap it in on one side, not what i expect for £500.

I purchased a BMW helmet System 7 Evo 2022, following the size table in the BMW Europe Moto web page, it says it is 58-59 cm helmet but helmet is smaller than 57-58 cm, most probably correspond to a 55-56 cm helmet with a label of 58-59 cm helmet... Ready Bad!!! And now Europe Moto said that I should send the helmet back, assuming myself the transport and taxes cost that are higher than helmet price!!! No real solution from BMW Europe Motor for a mistake that it is not mine.
