Verified reviewI have shoppes there twice. First time I bought a pair of boots, and got a reply they were not in stock, so I got offered a different pair. The funny thing is that they were still listed as available, and I could still put them in the basket and checkout, so I assume their stock is not updated. They were also very very slow. Second time they were again very very slow, and did not respond to my inquiries before they had shipped the merchandise 2 weeks later than promised. I give them 2 stars for the good the selection, and the fact that they did ship.

Verified reviewLivraison au mauvais point relais, ne fait pas le nécessaire pour renvoyer à la bonne adresse. Attends depuis plus d'un mois des disques de freins (dont le changement était urgent). Je faisais confiance à la qualité et au service vente et client BMW, suis extrêmement déçu.

Verified reviewThe order was delivered on the timeline that they indicated. Although the packaging could be better and the tracking system (Spring GDS) wasnt the best, since the carrier doesnt opperate in Portugal as soon it entered the contrie no info about the packing is given. Nevertheless the order arrived and it came in good condition.
