On 25. May I order this: BMW Lubricant Staburags NBU 30 PTM 50G On 26. May I was informed that I should get the grease on 2. June On 2. June I was informed that the order was handed to your shipping dept. 6 days to ekspedite and ship a tube og grease! (???) On 17. June I was asking in a mail, what is happening? On 22. I get an reply with an apology, the same day I recieve the grease 27 days from you got the order, til your customer recieve it! That is nowhere near good enough! I dont know where your european Central-warehouse is. (I buy cost-supplements from PipingRock, an US outfit, with european warehouse in Budapest. 2-3 days after ordering I get the goods!). BUT, I do buy goods from StilgenBauer, BonstraParts and Louis.de They all use DHL, and gets goods to Sweden within 3 days, Thats good! On 22. June I ordered Rally-glowes(also from you). Prediction is they should be here in Malmoe around 1. July, maybe 1 week. You are taking some caution for "Preorders", Im not sure what this means? The glowes is in stock, you got the payment, well, ship the glowes! Yes, some of your prices are competitive and like everybody else Im looking for a good deal, BUT, if you cant make shipments faster then 27 days within Europe, your reliability is at risk. KIndly, Peter, Malmoe, Sweden.

Box arrived with someone's original parts in, not the parts I paid for. Emailed Europe-moto, basically no response and couldn't give a toss. I paid a high price for second hand parts! Avoid like the plague. A £400 mistake.

The ordering part was easy and efficient. The follow-up was less effective. I wasn't updated when the order would be shipped, and it took longer than advertised. I had to E-mail Europe-moto to find out the status of my order as it was not updated on the site either.

The wrong parts were dispatched. I ordered S1000R Brake and Clutch protectors. Two clutch protectors arrived. I missed my track day as a result costing me additional £190 non-refundable.
