    I asked to cancel my order as your company were still waiting for the item to come into stock. I was told i couldn't cancel my order and would have to send it back once it had arrived at my address. I have since returned the item costing me an extra £135 in tax revenue and postage. Not impressed.

    Delivery time much higher that expected. Ordered goods arrived after my latest trip. Customer service representative didn’t want to help in order to speed-up de delivery in order to meet the departure date.

    The order was several days late and came without Instructions. The YouTube video I found was lacking with regards to what had to be removed to make it easier. The product itself is beautiful and well made and well packaged.
