Verified reviewDelivery time and communication was very poor. The website said 3-5 days to deliver. It took 3 weeks. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped due to the delivery time and was told “not possible”. When the item arrived it was okay, but had surface scratches on it, which after the issue with delivery I decided to live with as communication with this company is so poor. If you email, don’t expect an answer until the afternoon of the following day…..not good enough for a digital company.

Verified reviewMy order was delayed for more than three months. I had to ask personally three times what is happening with order. I still don't have order delivered as DHL local office in Belgrade, Serbia is pretty useless. They ask me three times for different time of documentation and we are now in second week since item arrived in Belgrade and it is not clear when will be delivered.
