    Products were exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition. However, I would highly recommend that Europe-Moto update their shipping services since it was only through repeated and borderline pestilent follow-up from my side that I managed to receive my order when I did.

    I was interested in buying two pairs of gloves in addition to the boot I've bought. However, there were no variety of sizes. Only small sizes were available. So, I just purchased the boots. Luckily, the boots were in my size :). Except this, the experience was good. Shipment is fast.

    DHL delivery was not possible to be directed to the nearest DHL delivery point. Had to pick the delivery from DHL delivery center quit far from home, while the closest DHL pick up point would have been one km from home. DHL told that the supplier has chosen this

    I needed a bracket for one of my pannier cases. bmw.europe-moto.com were the only online retailer I could find that stocked them. Ordering and payment were straight forward, the only issue being the postage costs, which were more than the item. However needs must and it was less expensive than having to buy a complete pannier.
