Verified reviewIt was very disappointing to find stock levels on the website are not accurate. I contacted customer support after I received an out of stock notification. I required that the order would be fullfilled before a certain date or otherwise teh order should be canceled so I could order elsewhere. Delivery before that date was promissed but in the end items arrived after I returned from a trip on which I required the items. So website and service wise disappointing but the items were delivered correctly and for a competitive prise, albeit to late.

Verified reviewThis is an excellent source for BMW gear they have not allowed to be brought into the USA. I love to buy what I want when I want and while the product did not exactly match the description and DHL adds to small orders I LOVE having this as an option for my stable of BMW's.

Verified reviewOverall the service quality is good and only one issue is the glove size may got some problem and doesn't comply with the size chart, in particular the glove I bought the same size before and this time is very tight and much smaller, even size label was re-labelled as 9-9.5 but actual is 8-8.5.

Verified reviewWhen I ordered the item I was informed 3-5 days. This changed to 10 days. The item did not arrive on the 10 day. When I asked by email why, I was told they were awaiting stock. I then emailed to cancel the order. The following day they replied to say it was too late to cancel as the part was with the shipping company and would be with me within 2 days. Parcel arrived after 5 days and returned. The phone never gets answered and they don’t respect the customer’s wishes.
