Verified reviewHello, I ordered this brush a few weeks ago and have been using it daily since then. I mean I have heard a lot of good things about this brush and I was really excited to try it because I am looking for a brush that doesn't break my hair. Unfortunately this brush broke my hair every day, I said I would try it and it broke even more hair, not only does it break my hair but it also pulls it out. I was very disappointed.

Customer service quickly organised a replacement with really quick delivery so we still got the hair straighteners in time for daughter’s birthday. Daughter absolutely loves her new straighteners and couldn’t be any happier.

They lasted for years and are hands down the best straighteners I've ever owned, especially for creating curls. Nothing else I've tried has ever given me curls that look this good. Verified reviewNo great, my wifes replacement straighteners failed after a year. Because these were warranty replacements, they came with no guarantee. I was offered a discount by Corioliss, but only against their inflated price, much cheaper elsewhere. However, I did end up purchasing directly for Corioliss as with the discount code it was very slightly cheaper than elsewhere. I find it strange and shows Corioliss lack of confidence in their product that my wife's original replacement unit carries no guarantee
