I was not given any delivery time or date until they said they had failed to deliver them and when they were the box was basically hanging off them with two big holes in it.

Verified reviewOrdered Reach 20L Rooibus (Blue Ice). Order well packaged and rcvd on time great job. Pack is perfect for UL escapades and have bought the matching helmet carrier net to go with. Only note is the side pocket is a bit shallow for water bottles and can eject them as you climb. However pocket is really meant for securing longer kit. Also designed to be used with hydration bladder rather than loose bottles 😁
