Verified reviewBought Asian fit Maui Jim’s they are genuine Asian fit models but unfortunately still doesn’t fit me right. The shipping to the uk take almost 2 weeks via parcelforce, the return is done online and cost 10 quid and they say refund might take 3 weeks.

Both our after-sales team and the brand’s warranty department carried out an assessment and reached the same conclusion. The damage observed is not considered to be a manufacturing defect. The delamination appears to be linked to impacts and inappropriate use, which is not covered by the warranty terms. We understand your disappointment, but in this case we have followed the standard warranty procedure and based our decision on the technical assessment provided. Google it. The product has an acknowledged structural defect. Been reported and commented on many times. Shoddy.

I didn’t have my boot size at the precise time of order, but the team spoke to over the phone and allowed me to secure my order and then chat via email with the correct information. My skis were in good condition but the packaging looked a battered - luckily the bindings where well protected.

I send a message about it asking for help about installing process on my snowboard but there was no response. I also ask the same on the oficial brand Amplid, but there are no responding.
