Verified reviewA long delay with dispatch of in-stock items (order made on Thursday over 10 hours before cut off time), order was only dispatched the following week in Tuesday after my email prompt. The delivery estimate abroad is quite inaccurate (partly as the result of the unexplained delay with the dispatch, partly due to Chronopost delay). This has impacted my skiing holiday.

We received your order on the Thursday 05/02 and it was dispatched to Sweden on the following Monday. The preparation time was slightly longer than usual due to the busy winter sales period. Shipments to Sweden are estimated as taking 4 to 5 days, however we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery date and unfortunately the carrier took 8 days to deliver your parcel. I was a little surprised that the company appears to be in France given the .co.uk address. Needed to contact customer service as I was out of the country when my order arrived. The site clearly states orders needed to be personally 'signed for' on receipt. Fortunately, the courier either wasn't aware of or ignored these instructions and left them in a safe place. Order to delivery time was quite lengthy but overall okay service. I would use them again and would recommend
