Told I could return them but supplier may not accept a claim for replacement - which would mean I would have to purchase all over again, and they were on offer when I bought them, so would have been a higher price to replace them. I accepted a small 10 euro compensation and will put up with the marks but will not purchase from this company again.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. You contacted us to report that the products received had suffered transport damage. Damage caused during transport must be reported directly to the carrier. It is therefore important to note any reservations upon delivery, or to refuse the parcel if it appears damaged. We provided clear instructions on whether or not to accepted a damaged parcel in the email confirming dispatch of your order. In your case, no reservations were made at the time of delivery, which meant we were unfortunately unable to initiate a claim with the carrier. While we did offer the possibility of returning the items, we could not guarantee that the manufacturer would accept the claim under their warranty.
