Their service was excellent. Thet delivered my goggles directly to the ski resort on time and within the time promised and was packaged securely ! They were very responsive every step of the way with every query once I hand place the order. They tracked my parcel and updated me and provided me with all tracking details. They were hassle free and I would shop with gliss shop again . Joanna was excellent

Honestly, this company has been superb from the moment I made my order. It was dispatched very quickly and coming from France, I was kept updated with regard to tracking. It took less than a week to arrive. Their emails are super-informative. I bought 2 of the same item to get the correct fit and returning the an order was effortless with excellent and timely instructions. I would highly recommend Glisshop and I will certainly be a returning customer. In this day and age, excellent customer service is hard to find but Glisshop managed it.

Easy to order online (was skiing in France so had it delivered there) and delivery was fine (OK a bit delayed but then heavy snow was affecting everyone).Emails gave me the date of delivery and the driver rang just before delivering.
