Verified reviewAfter waiting quite a while for the boots to arrive, on trying them on they are WAY too narrow!!! We have never had this issue with boots bought elsewhere. After contacting customer services regarding my return and not having the option to select reason for return as poor fit. I was told to select defect to then get a message saying I've ordered the wrong size which I haven't and that return costs are to be paid by myself!!! I will never use this company again
