Verified reviewI have ordered 4 Star Wars vintage figures. One of was opened. The seal was cutted. Most probably that was a resent parcel. The removable label removed the paint on the box (impairment loss). The box of the other set was also damaged (impairment loss). The reason of the damaged parts is the negligent unsafe package. The sustainable delivery means in this company that they don't use protection or filling material inside the delivery box. They just put the ordered parts into a box without any protection and they send it. The parts inside the box hit to other during the shipping way and damages. This is my second experience with this. Positive: Kind communication, not expensive delivery cost, good follow up system
