I had regular contact about the status of my order and it arrived extremely well packaged in perfect condition. I will definitely keep this site in mind should I need to look for other retired products not commonly sold on UK only based sites.

Verified reviewPaid an extra £9 (with the expensive postage on top) to everywhere else because they offered size 2.5 and that option was unavailable everywhere else. Arrived the morning of our holiday in size 3, no time to return or dispute but angry I paid £9 more for no reason at all. I could have ordered size 3 from numerous other outlets and saved 1/3 of the cost.

Verified reviewThe model 1000 is far cheaper than the 1000i. It's about the same price as the new 800 model but with better filtering system. It only took just a week to arrive to the UK understanding that it was shipped from overseas. It doesn't have a timer but I'm ok with it as it will slow down automatically its speed when the air quality has been improved.

The most outstanding thing for me was the tracking of my item, it's brilliant, the information is so up to date I was never unsure where my item was, some of our delivery companies could take a leaf out of their book.

Verified reviewSlow tracking updates. Told us that the items had not left Malaga on the day delivery was due. When did arrive, only one of the two items arrived. The other came two days later, but the tracking told us that all items had been delivered to us! No option to cancel or offer free return for inconvenience. Would not recommend, sorry.
