  I ordered a good to be shipped to Latvia, so outside Italy where the shop is located. Regarding the item - it was good quality and I am satisfied with my purchase. I had to return one out of two ordered goods because I ordered different sizes and did not know which will fit. Honestly I was very concerned regarding the return process when I made purchase, but it went fine. Client service was good and adequate in responding to might enquiries, as well as they proactively contacted me when returned item was received in the return process. So I definitely suggest this shop, even if you live outside Italy

  I can’t give my opinion because I ordered my items 8.10. for 2 sailing regata (17.10. and 25.10.2024.) it didn’t come on time, so I didn’t try it on sea. Distance from Rimini to delivery place in Croatia is 654km, 6h by car, 5day by foot and you needed 17days. It is extremely unprofessional to deliver items in Europe for 17days. You are going to tell me that it is on your delivery partner but it is your partner and you are working with them.

  At first they could not deliver my package (presumably a europe wide flood), but their customer support contacted me before I could even complain. They were really nice and professional. They asked if I wanted a refund or a re-delivery, after picking re-delivery they double checked my address details and the package arrived promptly.
