  They must of sat on the order for 2 weeks before dispatching and Fedex were not much use I got a bill notification but no invoice and when you add VAT on top of the shipping cost and duty it's not worth ordering from EU countries to the UK

  I was not clearly informed that after I received my product I would then be sent a further bill by the courier to pay additional import fees and taxes. When I purchase a product for a price I expect that to be the total amount I pay. Be very careful if shipment to the uk is involved.
