Whilst navigating the website was SLIGHTLY confusing, I was able to find products whose purpose(s) was what I was looking for. (I was not looking for specific products, but products which performed certain functions.) The ordering was again confusing, as the English-language site did not seem to allow Internet orders, but the French website did. Despite that weird glitch, it was easy to order what I wanted. The projected delivery was very fast, and the actual achieved delivery time was within (just barely) the site's projected time — well done! (The package tracking was both useful and very reassuring.) The shipment itself was complete and correct, and — very importantly — well packaged, double-boxed with adequate padding and other protective measures. The products I ordered all seem to be as described, and performing in an excellent manner. At the present time, I presume I shall be ordering again (refills). The value seems very good, with the cost well-offset by the effectiveness.
