Verified reviewWhen booking a parking spot, I usually also need the drive-in and drive-out option. However, the option is not included during checkout (Firefox browser). It works with the app. I think it is total madness that extra has to be paid for driving in and out. I rent a parking space for a specific period, so that shouldn't matter.

Verified reviewI couldn’t leave the parking cause the code wasn’t working. I called the customer service number but the message was looping as it did not detect my option choice. Very frustrating…. If you want to leave a parking press 2… and then your choice is incorrect. I was there for 15 minutes waiting inside the car until somebody opened it for me.

Verified reviewWe didn't find the gate and accidently parked in a very small garage with the same symbol on it. The gate opened when we arrived, so we thought we were right. But it was because someone left that place. When we wanted to drive out our button at the email didn't work. Luckily another car came and opened the gate so we could get in. When we left the garage we nearly crashed the walls because there was only few space. I think the problem was google that didn't lead us to the right place. It would make sense to have a photo of the gate and a map with a sign at the right place on the booking side.

Verified reviewEverything went very smoothly. Our parking garage was obviously informed about our booking, we received a card to get in and out during our booked period which worked perfectly. Very friendly staff at the reception desk.

Verified reviewThe booking process was easy enough....as was the arrival. The issue was attempting to leave the car park. The ticket machine would not accept my ticket and therefore the barrier would not open. I pressed the help button and was instructed to go to the car park office......which I did and was unmanned. A 24 hour contact number was displayed and I called this number.....only to find the number I was trying rang inside the unmanned office. I have used this car park before with no issues but today it was a disaster. Why advertise you are a 24 hour security mabned car park when you are clearly not. I will never use this car park again after this stressful experience.
