Verified review🇬🇧 Very disappointing experience. The garage staff parked our car themselves, and we discovered damage to the wheel when the car was returned to us. When we reported it, the staff suddenly claimed they could not speak English and told us to come back the next day when the manager would be there — impossible for us because it was the day of our departure from Paris. No proper help, no responsibility taken, and very poor customer service. Unfortunately, the customer service of the booking platform was also unhelpful and did not properly assist with resolving the situation. I would not trust this parking service again. 🇳🇱 Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Het personeel van de garage heeft onze auto zelf geparkeerd en bij het terugkrijgen van de auto ontdekten wij schade aan de velg. Toen wij dit meldden, deden de medewerkers ineens alsof ze geen Engels spraken en moesten we de volgende dag terugkomen wanneer de manager aanwezig zou zijn — onmogelijk omdat dit onze vertrekdag uit Parijs was. Geen goede hulp, geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen en zeer slechte klantenservice. Helaas hielp de klantenservice van het boekingsplatform ook totaal niet mee bij het oplossen van de situatie. Ik zou deze parkeerservice absoluut niet aanraden. 🇫🇷 Expérience très décevante. Le personnel du parking a garé notre voiture lui-même et nous avons découvert des dommages sur la jante lorsque le véhicule nous a été rendu. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, le personnel a soudainement prétendu ne pas parler anglais et nous a demandé de revenir le lendemain lorsque le responsable serait présent — impossible car c’était notre jour de départ de Paris. Aucun vrai soutien, aucune responsabilité assumée et un service client très mauvais. Malheureusement, le service client de la plateforme de réservation n’a pas non plus aidé à résoudre la situation. Verified reviewBooking was easy, but didn’t explain that the car park isn’t suitable for motorbikes, while making a motorbike booking. (Yes, it has dedicated motorbike spaces, no, it isn’t possible to activate the entry or exit mechanisms without a car. (The weight sensors don’t detect a motorbike so the machine won’t issue a ticket).

Verified reviewWirklich hervorragend, 3Tage wurde das Auto für 59€ abgestellt. Für Paris lächerlich wenig. Wir hatten es wenige Meter zum Hotel. Unser Platz war reserviert und die Garage war absolut sicher. Mehre Tore mit Code Zugang die komplett geschlossen waren. Alles war unkompliziert und top. Immer wieder gerne.

Verified reviewThe only disconnect is there is no way to know the model of the car, when it is rented. Rental car companies only promise a type of car, or similar model, which could change at time of pick-up.
