  Ordering was very easy, delivery took a bit longer than expected and postage and packaging was almost twice the cost of the cream. Pity the cream does not appear to be sold in the UK.

  Never received previous shipment. I was told address was wrong and it was not. Very slow reply from customer service. Took over a month for a refund. And recently I discovered some money sitting in a so called saving account, some refund that wasn't done to my card but to a sanareva account. So weird practice. Strange company

  The website was simple to navigate and the item I wanted was easy to find and pay for. In this day and age, postage is normally just a couple of days but, coming from France of course it took a few days longer. This is not a fault! But why I didn't rate 5 stars.

  Sanavera are a great company. I can buy good quality health products from them at a good price and many items I can’t find in the UK. They ship them securely to the UK and always well well packaged and using a good courier. I had only one problem over the years where the item arrived damaged and a photograph and email to them resulted in an immediate credit to my account. They also do a very good rewards scheme where each purchase gains credit for the next.

  After reading some of the reviews I have to say I was very nervous about my order, however it arrived and everything was there and it was all as I ordered. It does take slightly longer than you would expect (hence the 4*) but I understand that it has come from France. Just bear in mind if ordering something urgent. I specifically wanted a brand of suncream for my daughter and it was the cheapest site I could find - would use again
