  I am quite disappointed with the service provided. My order placed in August which was supposed to be delivered got cancelled after a delay of one month. My second order placed for the same item on 9th October has yet to be delivered with no explanation but fully paid for. I am cancelling the order and will find an alternative source. Meanwhile I am going abroad next week and have ran out of supply.

  Had to pay to return and they refused it so not only did I not get a refund I am out of pocket for delivery back to France (£35) I won't be using this company again - product was miss described also so can't even use it

  It’s been nearly 4 weeks since I returned my order and I am still waiting for my refund. I have provided proof of posting and they still deny receiving it back and are not refunding my money. Customer service is very very poor and I would never order from this company again. I have raised a complaint via PayPal also.

  I tried to cancel my order straight away when I realised I’d ordered the wrong product. This must have been within only a few minutes - I received an email saying it wasn’t possible to cancel as the order had already been sent! Then went on to suggest I refuse to accept the delivery. Some days later, the parcel was left in my doorstep - no email to say it was due or to be expected. I was out when the delivery was made. Very crafty way of not accepting cancellations of order - why not just be up front about it? I won’t be making another purchase from this company.

  Item arrived 1 week after ordering. It cost no more than it cost to purchase when purchased previously in France. The item is exactly the same product as previously purchased when in France and it seems unavailable otherwise to purchase in the UK. Postage is obviously a little more expensive but then so would be travelling over to france from the UK!

  The fact that I’m having to repeat this review is the icing on the cake for the service I received. I placed an order & then got informed that my order was damaged by courier but instead of what could have been a simple solution of re-sending the order, I had to wait several days for a refund and then to re-order. So by the time i actually received my order it was a ridiculous amount of time. This service is unacceptable, even an apology would have been nice.

  My order was cancelled due to courier damaging it (apparently). Yet instead of re-sending the order i had to go through a lengthy & unnecessary process for a refund & then having to re-order so it took a fair while for me to actually receive my order.   I have always been pleased with previous orders, however, in at least one of the boxes (Isotonic) , a lot of the ends of the phials were broken off. The liquid did not escape as the other end was still secure but very disappointing

  Order took so long to arrive that the muscle pain I ordered the Myocalm for had resolved before it arrived. I have no idea how good or bad the Myocalm is as I never got a chance to use it. Service and delivery times need to be significantly improved.

  I love the selection and ordered between one and two of everything. Once I've tried all the products l'll select my favorites and reorder them from Sanareva again and again. The selection is awesome the prices reasonable. And so far, the products are terrific! So glad I found this site!!

  I bought a back support which had no size on it. I did email to ask no response so when it arrived guess what it was so small it would fit a child. I asked how I return. Their response was no returns or refund due to hygiene reasons. He never tried it on however this company is breaking the law. If you buy something online your rights are you can return it if ur not happy with it. However they didn’t care. Scam company don’t use
