Verified reviewGood prices and arrived in reasonable time. Delivery charge is high so I ordered 3things to spread the cost but after paying was told that 1 of the things was out of stock. I was offered credit to my account or to email if I wanted a refund. I would have preferred an immediate refund on the unavailable item or ideally not to have been able to order it at all all if it wasn't available. It wasn't very clear how to get a refund and my emails were ignored. It was only by going on Facebook that I discovered I had to click on the ticket button on the email. When I did this I got my refund quickly.
