Ok, l'll accept the order was delivered. l had also ordered 2 packs of the soap from Amazon and the two deliveries must have got mixed up. l'm not 100% sure l received the order from you, but l'll accept that Royal Mail said they did deliver the order. l cannot prove otherwise. Thank you for your trouble. My enquiry was totally genuine.
