Thanks for asking, it has become very NORMAL to cancel orders by saying out of stock which is not true, you still keep selling those items and its very easy to fix on your website. Once an item out of stock it don't show. More than often, orders get cancelled or half sent, which is not professional at all, specially when people buy at offers and later they can't get in same price.

This was a repeat order. As far as I can remember, ordering was quite easy. I am familiar with the products having lived in France for many years and am pleased to be able to continue to purchase them from the UK. All good. Delivery when expected.

Happy with everything I ordered. Always something different on the website that we don't have in the UK. Shipping to the UK covers customs etc., so though it seems a bit high it is worth it. Delivery id pretty quick considering the distance travelled too.

I still have not received my order and cannot speak to anyone to get update only emails telling me it is on its way. Still no goods but already paid for, Terrible if they do not have the items it should not be on the website.

Dear customer, We do apologise for the condition in which they arrived after transit but the packaging being damaged does not allow any sort of compensation as long as the purpose of the product may still be served. Here are our Terms and Conditions of Sales: No warranty can be claimed by the Customer if the Product has undergone any modifications or if the Product was damaged during shipping or use.
