Dear Customer, Due to Brexit, we have had to change our courier fees. Our warehouse is based in France. Our new courier, Spring is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £7.90 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £79. Verified reviewI have received my order and I was kept informed but the lead time is getting longer. Not surprising travelling from Spain via the Netherlands and also probably because of Brexit on top of that. After all lettre ers take two weeks to arrive from the continent. But perhaps you should put a warning at the time of order! It wasn’t 4 to 6 days but 11 days for my order! Happy with everything else.

Sanareva is based in France, the orders do indeed go through international transit as well as custom clearance once at the UK borders. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated which can total up to around 8 - 10 days.
