Thanks for your reply. I have still not received the item. I have replied to the customer service messages to say this. I have had to buy an alternative product elsewhere and have requested a refund. Sorry to hear there are delays at customs.

Verified reviewI've been using this website for a few years and I'm glad it exists so I can buy my favourite products that I can't get in the UK. I'd give it 5 stars, but I usually have problems with the parcel (it takes more than 10 working days to arrive) and if you're not at home, I have to drive to the post office to pick it up. Also, I believe the minimum spending for free shipping is very high.

Verified reviewI placed my order on the 5/May/22 and until today, the 23rdMay but the the product was NEVER delivered as I have been working from home full time. This company is a total SCAM, since they have just sent a msg saying: ""Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 14-05-2022 as "it was not possible to identify the delivery address". It will now be returned to the sender.' which is ridiculous since I live in central London where I have received all my products from all over the world in a legit address. If I click the link to ask for refund, it redirects me to a french website. They have stolen nearly £40, but I will start a legal action agains them, if they do not refund me very soon, hope they will loose a lot since there are plenty of customers complaining about the same. I willingly wait for 2 days for a refund.

Verified reviewI've been ordering from Sanareva for a while now and have always been satisfied with the quality of the products. The particular product I order is despatched from France (so Brexit has massively increased the price of postage) and earlier orders have taken quite a while to arrive. However, this last order arrived within days and I'm very satisfied with all aspects of the experience! I'll continue ordering from Sanareva and have no hesitation in recommending them to others..
