  The website is easy to navigate, the products in the images are staged beautifully and makes you want to design your home in the exact same way. Everything is categorised well and easy to find what you want and also inspiration for things you didn’t know you wanted.

  We waited about 6 weeks to receive 2 Gaby outdoor garden chairs (at £139 pounds a chair) and were excited to receive them. The chairs we sent stacked one on top of the other and were impossible to remove them individually without breaking into the packaging and protective padding. Once we unpacked them and actually used them we discovered that one of them was very wobbly due to a bent leg. This was very disappointing considering the long lead time. Nevertheless, we had faith in the customer services (CS) team so we took pictures and contacted the them. The CS team offered us a £20 pound refund / £35 Tikamoon voucher for the faulty chair or us needing to return and wait another 6-8 weeks for a chair to be replaced but only if we could use the packaging, which we could not as it was damaged and disposed of before we realized the wobble. After back and forth with the CS team they agreed to give us £40 pounds partial refund (an improvement from the £20 originally offered but still laughable compensation considering the price of the chair, so a bad CS experience overall. It's disappointing to receive a defective product but it happens, what we found more unacceptable is the way the CS team handled this and options available. Doesn't give us any confidence in acquiring more furniture from Tikamoon due to both quality issues and poor CS. TLDR; - Defective Product / Quality Issue for Gaby Metal Garden Chair - Laughable Customer Service

  Before ordering I had a query so telephoned to get assistance. This was easy and the contact gave good advice. The delivery company that Tikamoon use was exemplary - lots of updates and it was also easy to contact them directly when our plans changed. Last of all, we are delighted with the product we ordered - Adele rattan headboard. It was well packaged and is of good quality and looks classy.

  Always beautiful furniture in unique style. Fuss free delivery to NI which is so rare for bigger items. They gave me free delivery as per website advertisement even though the delivery to NI is twice the mainland UK. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We now have two bathroom cabinets, a dining table and a closet- all superb style and quality

  I ordered a unit for my new sink however, when it arrived it was damaged. The wood that had been used was split. I returned the unit and asked for a refund. Returns are very easy and I was impressed with the service. Although it states that it can take up to 60 days for a refund to be processed, my refund was credited to my bank account within a couple of weeks.

  Product is good but delivery let them down. No offer to unbox the table and take away packaging was made. I had to dispise of wooden pallets, cardboard boxes and polystyrene filling. Also moving the table top and constructing was v difficult - its a stone top and weighs a huge amount.

  Table is absolutely gorgeous, I was nervous since there were a few reviews of the item arriving damaged for other customers but it arrived in perfect condition and quickly with courteous deliverymen who were quick to unpack and check the item and removed the giant box it came in.

  Great customer service. This is the third time we have ordered from Tikamoon and I would certainly order again. Our products were delayed briefly in Antwerp but we were kept informed at all times and received some money back as compensation. The products ended up arriving more quickly than anticipated an in time for our bathroom fitter.

  The site is lovely, so many good ideas, I bought the Lyla vanity unit and marble sink. Delivery is too long, it was 10 weeks. The finish of the vanity unit wasn't as nice as the website photos but is good quality overall. I love the marble sink!

  Real wooden furniture,expertly made and finished.Built to last, sustainable and kind to the planet.The furniture will be a beautiful addition to any room and is adaptable enough to fit in anywhere.Parcelforce initially messed up delivery but intervention by your London office soon sorted things out.   I found what I was looking for quickly and easily on the Tikamoon site and found the ordering process easy to follow. The payment options available made payment easy. Confirmation of my order was received quickly and I was kept updated on dispatch and delivery. Delivery was excellent. Prior contact with a timescale which was met by two helpful/friendly delivery people. My beautiful garden bench is now pride of place in my harder. Tikamoon sell lovely, well made products, have a good ordering process and good customer service.

  We accidentally found this site while looking for a teak garden table. The reviews were very positive so we went ahead and bought the table we liked. The whole experience was so smooth with plenty of notifications so we could be home when the delivery arrived. The quality and build of the furniture is excellent. We went back to buy four chairs and the whole experience was the same again. Cannot fault them. 5 stars!

  Ist time ordering off TIkamoon. Website was easy to use and simple to order and pay. Advised that there would be a six week lead time on the delivery but it actually got delivered earlier and without any hiccups!

  The furniture I bought from Tikamoon is beautifully designed, it really stands out from most anything else on the market at this price level. It certainly looks so good in my living room. The quality is also very good. No mdf or chipboard, all solid wood. I did have a problem with the TV unit I bought but the customer service is excellent so that was resolved quickly. The delivery company BJS are also excellent. I definitely recommend Tikamoon.

  Beautiful slender TV unit. Looks fantastic in my living room. However, it really isn't strong enough to take the weight of media equipment on the middle shelf and dvds behind the sliding doors. The unit I received took on a visible bend. The design needs some simple reinforcing to solve this problem ie glue the back panel into the unit and put a middle divider behind the sliding doors. Tikamoon were excellent when I brought this issue the their attention, it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

  I ordered for a few pieces of Indian Roaewood as i wanted to get my new home furnished with my aspects of my heritage. I get so many compliments about the TV cabinet, dining table and console. There was an issue with one part being damaged, but Tikamoon agreed to replace the whole console table. Thank you

  Ordered two of the Teo - Low garden armchair in solid teak. The chairs are lovely and extremely well made from what I can see. Ordering was easy and delivery communication was great plus they delivered the chairs to the exact area of the garden where I wanted the chairs.

  Arrival was good and one of the young men acknowledged me the other one totally didn’t make eye contact and didn’t speak when I asked him a question plus I asked him to take cardboard away and just answered don’t do it very disappointed as it’s hard for me to get to tip because I am a retired lady and would have asked if I could do it myself

  This Sink!! It is absolutely stunning!! I cannot begin to describe the quality and the level of detail this sink holds! Really uplifts my bathroom and makes it the main Character! I am so obsessed with it! The best quality and product I have ever purchased. Even my plumber who was fitting it did say he has never seen anything like it! So that’s deffo a compliment for Tikamoon and their products. The service was amazing and the delivery company was so great in bringing it and ensuring it was in the right order and was in good condition. Very good service from start to finish.

  No problem with the furniture but delivery guys just left it in the middle of the room, wouldn’t unpack said you pay extra for that! Large heavy item and am in my own so it sat there for 2 days until I could get help!

  Everything perfect . Excellent product. Delivery spoiled the experience.nrarly two hours late without apology. Huge box had to be opened in the hallway as it wouldn't go through the door. Refused to remove the box as some deliverers do, which is not a criticism - just an absence of helpfulness. Should have been a two man delivery but only one man came and I had to help which wasnt good as I'm nearly 80. This has put me off ordering more from this company.
