  I received my TV unit and it was beautiful. One thing to flag was it did take 7-8 weeks to receive it. But this seems very common with ordering furniture as I have had similar wait times from other website. The delivery was smooth. I am very happy with the item. Would use Tikamoon again

  Absolutely stunning bathroom vanity - we loved it so much we have bought another one for our other bathroom! The stone top is a gorgeous dark grey/black that looks very expensive. My only criticism/suggestion is the unit could be improved even further with smooth runners for the drawers, they can be quite noisy if opened at nighttime, say. Customer service at Tikkamoon very helpful & friendly - phone was picked up very quickly so no waiting time & they were able to answer all my questions before purchase.

As your order was made from type of wood which is classified as protected within the UK, we required UK customs consent before shipping the item.   We ordered 2 Teak Babeth display cabinets that were delivered in undamaged packaging. The quality of these cabinets was appalling with really significant damage to both of them, damage that had obviously occurred before the the cabinets had left the factory. Quality control was zero. indeed one of the cabinets did not even have all its glass windows fitted! We spent a huge amount of time unpacking, checking and then repacking for return. A total waste oof time.

  I’ve had a really bad experience. I’m really upset and exhausted by it. The furniture was so expensive and there was no acknowledgement of this when it arrived broken. It’s been an almighty faff to get it replaced. I paid for in packaging and now they say I have to package it to get it taken away. We’ve been so busy lately and thought we’d get something amazing and expensive and I’m gutted we’ve spent so much to have all the hassle we have.

  Very elegant console table. Delivered fully constructed which is a joy. I really like this company’s products. I had to ring customer services as the delivery company messed up - the customer service support was amazing, the lady said she would email me an update and she was as good as her word. Shame I had to use it though - the delivery company was not good. All good now though. Very happy and will definitely use this company again.

  I purchased a coffee table, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Half of the table’s top has a noticeable defect—some sort of black glue, which appears to have been sanded down in an attempt to hide it. However, not only did this attempt fail (the glue is still visible), but the sanding also removed the shiny finish in that area. To make matters worse, the paint on the legs of the table was also damaged. The table was delivered on a wooden pallet, which I understand is the safest way to transport the stone top. However, I was informed that if I didn’t repack the table myself, I would be charged an unspecified amount for the return. As a result, I’ve been left with a large wooden pallet in my living room for the past 21 days, and Tikamoon hasn’t offered to collect the table or process a replacement any sooner. Customer service response times were slow, often taking several days, and the tone of their communication was unhelpful and unapologetic. I can honestly say I’ve never been this disappointed with a furniture company before, and I expected far better quality and service from Tikamoon.

  A solid piece of furniture at a great price.We took advantage of Tikamoons available offer which meant delivery was free and it was delivered within 7 days as promised. The table takes around 30 minutes to unpack and assemble and around 2 hours to apply 3 coats of furniture oil. Looks great in our small dining room. Worth mentioning that we would not normally buy furniture online without seeing it in store first, but we took a chance and pleased we did.

  From me ordering back in July and received it in November which I bought the sideboard for my daughter for her new house. I could not fault anything from customer service from the delivery service even them fetching it in the house and making sure it was not damaged in any way they even took pictures of it .I would definitely recommend Tina moon

  The delivery was exceptional, very caring and friendly team. The packaging of the table was phenomenal, very thorough and it arrived in perfect condition all the way to London. The table itself is absolutely stunning. This was my first purchase from Tikamoon but definitely not the last one – I already got so many compliments, one of them said "This is a table you can pass on to other generations." So much in support of my decision to stop buying "fast furniture".

  The item I bought was a bamboo towel ladder which had received very good reviews on the website. I wanted this to hang our foot towels on….bath mats if you like…as we have a heated rail for towels. Unfortunately my rail has many areas which haven’t been finished properly and are very rough. My husband is going to have to sand these down to avoid catching fingers on them. There is also nothing to finish the top of the uprights so they are going to get dusty, nor anything on the bottom to stop this item scratching floors. It was inexpensive to be fair but not quite what I expected and it has put me off any further purchases from this company as their products and transport costs are quite expensive.

  the site is a little obscure on adding that the most units do not come treated or with the necesesary penetrations. Also delivery charged me twice after making a second order on the phone 5 minutes later. a bit strange they couldnt just void and an order and malgamate them together as one. Helpful support though

  The buying process was straight forward and the unit is of acceptable quality. However, their approach to customer service is woeful. Unfortunately the basin was damaged, unclear whether by plumber or during manufacturing. Tikamoon's response was condensing in tone and unhelpful. Blamed the plumber and no offer to replace the basin at my cost. When I was asked about it, I was informed that they don't usually replace damaged basins (if they're not to blame I assume) but would ask management. They came back 'on the occasion we will let you purchase a replacement'. This felt it was offered begrudgingly. For a Company that positions itself as a supplier of high quality products, I would have expected more support, understanding and empathy. Disappointing experience and negatively changed my opinion of Tikamoon.

  I ordered the Olga three draw side bedside table. It was available for delivery much faster than the estimate which was a lovely surprise. Was able to deliver on a day that suited me. Item was well packaged and great that no build was required. Lovely item and would definitely use them again.

  Im happy with the product itself now that it is in perfect condition. Not happy with the delivery service and changeover where the faulty foot could have been replaced rather than the whole unit. Delivery people wouldnt unpackage it though they did put it upstairs.

  Furniture arrived as expected, and was easy to assemble. There was a very slight mark on the top - too small to be worth rejecting the table for, so we are living with it, and you probably wouldn’t notice it if you didn’t have it pointed out, but not completely perfect!
