Verified reviewNice products but once they have your money to include the delivery fee, do not deliver to schedule and when they do deliver the products hanging out through the doors and upside down. I bought 2 side boards and a bookcase so the order was £2.3k. My parents went to accept the delivery as they failed to deliver on the first agreed date and as a consequence I had distraught parents (85 & 82) as they were left in helpless situation and this was despite trying to chase the drivers down the drive. I was offered a £30 voucher from tikamoon for the first failed delivery and a lost days leave but a voucher is no use if you have no intention of shopping with a company again,

Verified reviewMy Qing pine storage cabinet arrived damaged. The whole exercise, of purchasing this item, was a waste of time. The damage to the cabinet did not coincide with any damage to the box, suggesting that it was packed up in a damaged condition. It does beg the question of the standard of inspection, if in fact any was carried out at all. I was then inconvenienced by having to photograph the item, e mail the evidence of the damage to customer services, re-package a huge and heavy piece of furniture - my husband and I are in our mid-sixties, and wait in again for the delivery pick up. I then had to contact Tikamoon to request a refund, the absence of this written request would have resulted in about a month's wait for a refund. I have ordered three items from Tikamoon, the first was perfect, the second had a mis-aligned drawer, but I was told that a replacement may not be any better, so I kept it with a small refund, and the third was this Qing cabinet which was sent back. Stylish though this furniture is, I am sorry to say that I will no longer be visiting the website and would definitely not recommend. On reading Trustpilot, I am not alone with complaints of receiving damaged goods- it seems fairly common. One has to question the environmental credentials of a company who import quite a bit of their furniture from Indonesia, sail it across the oceans and deliver it, either poorly put together, or damaged, to customers in Europe. Maybe I have been unlucky but I'm not so sure. Promises of recycling the cabinet or selling it on in a damaged condition (as discussed with customer services), do not really negate the negative impact on the environment of this abortive purchase.

Please note we strive to have as many FSC products as possible on our store, even though the wood is sourced overseas and made in our workshops in the countries where the wood is farmed. Once your returned item arrives back here, the dent on the unit will be fully repaired and will be sold in our second hand store here in France, we attempt to reduce waste wherever necessary. Verified reviewI was advised that the table that was delivered had a 'natural flaming' in the surface of the table top which was not a fault. However, I was offered a full refund but, when I asked for a replacement without these unpleasant markings, I was informed that they receive the tables already packaged and could not guarantee that a replacement would not be the same. And so I am very unhappy with this response.

We are not able to replace an item in this situation as it is not possible to promise that a replacement would be without these markings.
