The replacement is fine but I was really disappointed with the lack of empathy from your employees that the whole episode was a real headache for us. In view of this we would like some form compensation for the trouble caused (taking the very large and heavy item apart and carrying it to our garage so the new one could be delivered). The woman who we were emailing said the delivery company would not be taking it away on the date the new item was delivered as we didn’t have it packaged up (we had paid the extra for the packaging to be taken away). The way things stand we won’t be shopping at Tikamoon again so if you could restore our faith with appropriate compensation that would help us to remain customers.

Verified reviewI was a bit hesitant ordering from a French store but needless concern. Delivery was easy with a midlands based friendly company. The product Lila vanity and mirrored unit are gorgeous. Just like the photos. They don’t come with screws but that’s in the info. The only negative is that the closing is magnetic so it bangs shut. Easy fix with some small silicone dampeners that stick on without spoiling the look. Though I’ve not fitted them yet. Very happy. When they are installed I’ll post photos

Verified reviewHaving admitted liability for causing permanent damage to my home they then did a runner and haven’t been heard of some time. They are completely untrustworthy and you are better off using a firm you can deal with properly as they are not interested once they have your money

Verified reviewAbsolutely thrilled with our new solid teak washstand with cream marble basin! Superb quality and is a perfect size and look for our downstairs washroom. The service we received from Tikamoon was exceptional, the first basin (although very well packaged) was damaged, but a replacement was sent immediately and return organised without any delay. I cannot fault the service and quality of products that we have received. 🤩

Verified reviewSo customer service guys - Munro etc - all completely lovely & super helpful. Our criticism is that the six Mio chairs we ordered were faulty. We sent pics to Tikamoon and they confirmed all of them were not right (the handles at the back of the chairs were all bent out of shape) We asked what the plan was and were offered two options - £19 off each chair or a voucher worth £35 for each chair we bought against a future purchase. It just bothered me a bit that at no point in the first response did they offer to just replace the chairs with non faulty ones. Once I responded & said that was the only option we would accept - it was all good and they replaced them swiftly with six that are perfect and we are really happy. I just feel this should have been offered from the start. But the chairs are fabulous.
