Verified reviewTwo clothes rails with the shelves, perfect for what I wanted and very sturdy, good quality for the price. I feel like they’ll last for a very long time. One of the shelves had come apart in transit but it was an easy fix. More information on how it would be packed and shipped would have been useful as I live in a remote place where all freight comes in on a small passenger boat. The packages were quite a lot bigger and heavier than I was expecting although to be fair I might have been able to get that info if I’d tried. Delivery because of this was very slow and a bit problematic but communication with the delivery company was pretty good. They’d never delivered anything to this area before so it was a big curveball coming here! Would I use again? I definitely would as lovely products but I’d be aware of the timescale and I’d get delivery to somewhere else then sort the last bit myself.

Verified reviewVery poor. Waited for ages for the specialist very expensive item to be delivered, and it arrived damaged. Customer service since then was very poor and I had to wait another age for the replacement. Extremely unhappy, would avoid it and spend a small fortune elsewhere.

Verified reviewThey do not deliver to first floor, delivery team stating its to heavy for a two person team. sideboard left in garage with all packaging. My two daughters and friends helped me get it the sideboard into the first floor sitting room, not the paid for delivery team.

Verified reviewThe ordering process is good as is communication and the furniture is beautiful ( albeit with some scratches caused by delivery) . The two man delivery was absolutely abysmal, the item was heavy and the two man team literally cartwheeled my item along the pavement. ( this caused internal damage as the shelf’s were thrown around the inside of the cabinet. They then unpacked the item in the front garden so as to lighten there load and lost some shelf supports in the process. I felt pressured to accept the delivery to their dispatcher. I will be writing a complaint with photos. But I would still buy again as this is my second purchase from Tikamoon and the items are beautiful.

Verified reviewI love the cabinet, but the delivery drivers accidentally damaged our wall and door. I didn’t think it was serious enough to file a complaint, but he did try to get me to sign it off as if no damage had been done, which felt a bit sneaky since I had already pointed it out.
