  Needed an alarm for my workshop and had been let down by my Yale HSA. Although more money, my new alarm is far superior in every way, easy to fit, all the PIR’s, sensors, siren & keypad are already linked together which I thought very good. Overall very impressed and would not hesitate to buy again, thoroughly recommend thanks.

  I purchased I purchased a Fold-away Black & Reflective White (Coffin) Bollard Post. Once opened the 2 locking keys are broken. Called and requested replacement keys. Asked to send email, no response. Called again, cannot get through and email, no response. Poor customer service.

  Broken Lock Tool. A year and a bit on the lock tool, in fact now 3 of my 4 lock tool have broken. Looks cast or weld tractors to me.,so I reordered the new keys from the website. £20. Thoses look stronger. Arrived and they are not the keys on the photos. There the same as my previous .. whiich I no longer trust. So what happens when I have no keys ? Keep buying new ones. I think not. But I also.hope it does t happen when my piers are locked .. not best results. Beware of lock tool fatigue

  Quite simply an excellent product. Good quality, easy to install and good price. The communication from the company was excellent. The only improvement could be some reflective tape (which I sourced separately) to make the post more visible in low light/darkness given the yellow colour is great in daylight but less so at night. I would definitely recommend this company.

  The company appears to be good, their website is informative and the item was received extremely quickly and was well packaged. The item I bought was a shed /garage alarm and it appears to work really well , yet I’ve only had it about a week. Slightly disappointed that it wasn’t made by UltraSecure, but in China (as is the norm these days) The screw fittings supplied were not adequate for masonry mounting (probably ok for wood) and the small screw for the back plate, too long /tight for the job and I ended up stripping the head on it - Had to find another to resolve matters. Minor gripes though. On the current basis, I’d use UltaSecure again and/or recommend them.

  Ordered a new set of driveway sensor packs but I like the older models better! They had just a couple of chimes to choose from the newer plug in designs have ridiculous chimes ,they do get quite annoying, still a good idea though, best ones around for garden alerts!

  Initially the items I wished to order were out of stock and I asked for advice about alternatives. The response was immediate and very helpful. In the end I waited for the item I had wanted to order to come back in stock. It was delivered to Aberdeenshire in less than 48 hours and everything worked perfectly upon installation and set up. First purchased from Ultra Secure Direct around 10-12 years ago and have been a repeat customer since then. Great company with great customer service. No hesitation in recommending them.

  I ordered my Motorhome security post online it was free delivery and it was shipped and delivered very quickly, I have unpacked it and it looks very well made and the padlock supplied with it was also really chunky I feel my Motorhome will be safe at home. The builder should be installing it this week.

  I bought the Wireless Driveway Beam Alert with Pager Delivered quick. It is installed and work great. Instructions took a bit of rereading follow one step at a time and no problem. Setup using a piece of string between the beams worked great.

The delivery charge is too high considering the size of the parcel and the premium price of the product though, it wasn’t needed urgently and there were no alternative options available, which is why this is a 4, not 5 star rating; it was however well packed and protected.

  Been looking for a long distance CCTV camera for a while, and google came up with Ultra secure and i found what i was looking for, connected it and fitted it. It what I was expecting, I fitted my existing solar panel to it, but will have to wait until the sun comes out, all rounder perfect. No cables to worry about.   Good system. Good customer service and technical support. My only criticism is the handset lasts for one to two years before breaking down. I am on my third handset in 5 years. Despite this I am happy with the system as a whole.

  I appreciate that it isn't directly Ultra Secure's fault but the delivery service from DPD was appalling. It took DPD 3 attempts to deliver my order. Ultra Secure promised to phone me with an update on 2 occasions but they didn't. I can't recommend buying products from this Company.

  Dear Sirs We are sorry for the delivery problems, however the UK had just experienced the first big winter storm of 2024 which created havoc on the roads due to many Floods & Snow cover. The Couriers were for a couple of days battling hard to get back in control, and their communication was also suffering as they tried their best in the challenging conditions. We all try our best all year, but sometimes extreme conditions do challenge all of society. We would ask you reconsider the review for these reasons Regards Mark

  I installed a drive alarm 18 months ago. I love that I get a warning before visitors arrive at my front door, and there is no way I would ever want to be without the device. This review has been prompted by my purchase of a backup system: I don't expect the components to last forever. My recent order was delivered the next day - wow!
