  I have had dealings with Ultra Secure direct on two occasions. Both times the delivery was quick and the product satisfactory.   The product is fine. Your delivery service is not. Your couriers DPD failed to deliver twice despite the fact that I stayed home all day on both days when they said they would come. They simply didn’t bother and made no effort to contact me. The only way I could get the item was to request a delivery to a local pickup point. Hopeless and useless. You should use another company.

  Well laid out website and easy ordering process. very quick delivery in secure packaging. One of the CR123a batteries supplied was faulty so it was not possible to set up the transmitter until it was replaced. I've used this company a few times and this is the only time there has been a minor glitch.

  I have now installed the two 76 mm galvanised bolt down posts i purchased from Ultra Secure.. I am very pleased with them and consider them to be good value for money, well made and of excellent quality. I have painted them white with Hammerite smooth paint and have fitted the reflective strips that came with the posts. They look fabulous complete with a red and white plastic chain.

  Years ago I bought a shed alarm from Ultrasecure but I lost the screw which holds the front and back of the alarm together. I asked them for a replacement and it was posted out over the bank holiday. Just before that I ordered an alarm for my caravan which came promptly, was easy to fit and works just fine. Since then I have ordered a second key fob for the caravan alarm which also came very quicky and was so easy to programme to the master unit. I have found the service and quality from this company absolutely wonderful, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs an alarm.

  All quite good, but I had to call them and ask where my parcel was, and was told that they were waiting for an item to come in to complete the order, personally, I think that they had missed my order, because the next day, I was informed that it had been posted, so why did they not inform me that they were waiting for an item, and there would have been no need to contact them.

  The stick on reflectors are very well made and made from good quality material yet cheap, the delivery was very quick. Had to get in touch with customer service as I wasn't sure if my payment went through, they replied straight away and very helpful

  It doesn't connect to the phone, there is no voice prompt and no ding noises. It does not come with sufficient cable and no extention cable either. Total waste of money.

  dealing with UltraSecure is fine but the standard of the product has fallen .It could be that this product is now produced by a different manufacturer and there is no quality control. I say this as the unit I have just purchased sounds like a cat being strangled .

The units are still from the same manufacturer but there have been some component parts changed to improve the product and longevity of use. The tones have changed from the original receiver but hopefully there is a beep, or melody that will be ok, but failing that, please return the unit and we can investigate and compare etc Alternatively, if you are not entirely happy, if you would like to return this receiver, we can look at replacing it with the Triangle receiver (slightly different sounding) version for you.   I purchased a BT Wireless Door Alarm & Internal Siren (battery powered) for an outbuilding. The system arrived very quickly and was set up ready to install. The door is about 25m from the house and the siren and the remote control are in the house. It is a very good system for a reasonable price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple to install door alarm.

  This item was out of stock when I sought to purchase earlier in the year. However, Stuart from Customer Services was really excellent in keeping in touch on progress to get fresh stock supplies in.   Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the purchase. Everything is overly complicated and works very slowly. Status messages often arrive after twelve hours, as well as the activation or deactivation of the security system. This led to the security being turned off after an SMS was sent to deactivate it, but before the deactivation was confirmed, I turned off the alarm with the remote. Later, I activated the alarm with the remote. A few hours later, the alarm was deactivated by the received SMS. Connecting additional modules is just a headache! I am looking for another alarm system and will throw this one in the bin.
