  it was easy to find the type of item I was after and any additional accessories that were possibly needed. The price was a bit more than some items found but the quality of the item is much higher than some cheap options. The item was easy to install, although one of the screws was very very small so I rounded the screw head BUT they sent me a spare set! Overall very happy with the service.

  I found the website very user friendly, able to locate the product I wanted quickly. using the checkout was also very easy. The items I bought were delivered promptly, well packaged and in good order. One of the padlocks that came with the security post was faulty, so I contacted UltraSecure by phone. The gentleman I spoke to said he was sorry to hear there was a problem and he would send a replacement. Originally, i'd asked for matching locks and thought I would have to put up with different keys for the replacement, thus I was extremely pleased when I received two new locks so the keys matched. This was my first time using this company and I would happily use their service again.

  Easy to use cameras. Even camera at shed 60 ft away from the router .Only thing I did not understand was that each camera needs a power supply so need to think about outside power (2mtr max to power point)

  Wanted a PIR to replace faulty one on system purchased a few years ago. Took a little while to find on website as model number on original invoice didn't show up on the search. Ordering is easy and delivery super-fast. Would definitely use this company again.

  The team were very helpful and extremely responsive, from my initial enquiry to making the order. Everything arrived well packed and very quickly. I haven’t had chance to configure and install the devices yet, but having bought things in the past from them, the quality is very good and they are extremely reliable, so I am confident it will work as expected.

  I have used ultrasecure products in the past, hence continuing buying their equipment. I was impressed by this purchase because one of the staff called me to confirm that I knew that the item I had ordered did require additional items( I was aware), but it does show a good sense of customer service. I would recommend their products
