  Great range of products but as I found out to my cost several items I bought and others I was considering buying could be bought elsewhere for much less. One item CCTV Cam was a third less from the original manufacturer. All in all I will not be buying anything from this firm in the future.

  Dear Sir The item you refer to are sold to us and then the manufacturer does large special discounts at selected times direct from China undercutting all sellers for that period (which is obviously very frustrating), more importantly they send without adding any Tax, so we European sellers have to also add the Countries 20% VAT. We also supply full technical support from our base in the UK. This is a very unusual product with the manufacturer acting like they do, and obviously we will think twice before buying from them again. Regards Mark

  For a number of years I have used this company for my security needs. I find their products reliable and competitively priced. They also have a wide range of products and plenty of experience in the field Furthermore, should you ever have the need to contact them you need have no fear. Their response is swift, their attitude very obliging and understanding. I recently had occasion to email them concerning a difficulty I was having (I couldn't remember how to set something up and had misplaced the instructions!) and received a telephone call the following day. The instructions were clearly given and did the job within minutes. I find it refreshing these days that a company is so willing and helpful. I would heartily recommend ultrasecuredirect.com and they will remain my first port of call should I need to change or replace my security equipment.

  Delivery was incredibly quick! Good communications as to status. Well packed. The handset's charge don't last very long, and people are still just honking their horn or shouting for me at the gate (but that's not the unit's fault!), but overall we're very pleased. We use the handsets as walkie-talkies if one of us is out across the land. When I've put up the cctv camera I think will have the best possible set up. Very pleased. Thank you.   I have recently purchased a Battery GSM UltraDIAL Alarm with 2 x BT PIR's & Solar Siren. It arrived very well packaged and on time. I had a couple of issues setting my alarm up due to not reading the instructions properly and contacted the technical department a couple of times. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and got me up and runing in no time at all. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

  Dear Customer Sorry you do not like the Siren on the Battery Camera, most customers actually use it in the Covert mode (with no siren) so that the Camera is not being focussed upon by an Intruder (allowing it to take the covert video), some customers would then use a seperate battery alarm so that that takes away any interest in the Camera. Because the device is battery powered it cannot have a big siren as the battery is also powering the Video. Please Contact Us if you want advice on a louder Alarm. Regards Mark

This particular item was sold as camera alarm and that the alarm was loud , unfortunately this was not the case and after speaking to your technical department it was advised I return the alarm,which I promptly did, if I wanted a covert camera alone I would have purchased one ,unfortunately I was disappointed with this product and look forward to receiving my full refund as requested.Thanks

  The dummy cctv camera we purchased looks very realistic. My husband used a spare piece of cabling we had and attached it with the camera to the wall so it looks as though it's wired up properly. We didn't put batteries in after reading other reviews saying when lit up it wasn't convincing although I can't say whether that's true or not. We put up the cctv warning sign so the combo together should hopefully be the deterrent we require. Was easy enough to fit.

The two parking posts I purchased are of top quality and look built to last.   not particularly helpful pre purchase on the phone with reassurance and talking about setting up and deployment, but i went ahead and spent over £900 on a plug and play break beam system. have issues not being able to program the sim card myself and still not fixed. Eager to take my money, not so eager to fix my niggling problem. the system however is up and running and am happy with its function in our rural small holding

  FLASHING RED OR BLUE LED MAINS POWER FAILURE SYSTEM 008-1560 (RED) The unit was as described and arrived promptly. It has now been installed and is working perfectly. It is on the outside of my garage, visible from the house and is to inform us if our freezer loses power. My criticisms of the unit are minor. the box is hung on four keyhole slots, one at each corner. When installed it can be lifted free and I was concerned that it might dislodge in strong winds. i have used cable ties to make it more secure. It would have been better to simply have screw holes. Also, the lead is very short making it necessary to have or install a power point very close inside. Since normally a small hole is used to transmit the lead, installation involved having to disconnect the cable inside the unit and reconnect it once both were in place. Otherwise a hole large enough for the transformer to pass is required. Good unit, but a longer lead and maybe some easier disconnection!

  Hello Malcolm, thank you for taking the time to do the review, we would normally recommend putting a washer over the screws when fitting the box which will secure the device in high winds, we use this type of box to make installation easier. With regards the power supply, we take on board your comments and will change the design to have longer leads which can be easily disconnected for the Installation.   That’s a really good response to my comments, thank you. I did consider washers but had no stainless ones and felt they would go rusty. I have fitted it to a rough cast wall, so could not make the screws too tight.

  All companies get problems and I judge a company on how they deal with it. I ordered some product and it was delivered exactly as promised and I was kept informed of progress all was great except the Instructions included with product did not match the item. I phoned them to get advice and got an answer machine onto which I left a message, After about 10 mins I had a return call from a really pleasant guy who gave me all the help I needed and sorted it out PDQ. Top Service!
