Thank you for your review. As we are based in France, our items pass through many hands before arriving with you. We run many tests on our packaging, but its a fine line between being over cautious, and having to ship more items to customers if they arrive damaged which of course is a lot more transportation. Verified reviewNeeded a small storage cabinet, bought one from another site but was very disappointed with it so gave it to a Charity shop. As I did a further search I discovered your site and was so pleased to find the exact cabinet I wanted. It's perfect! Just waiting for my daughter to put the legs and handles on. Customer Service was efficient and helpful when I emailed them about delivery date. Unfortunately the first delivery company GLS did not give me the hour alert about the delivery and the goods was returned. Customer Service was alerted and the goods was delivered soon after by Parcelforce. I do love your furniture and will shop again. Thank you.

Verified reviewI have lost all confidence in this company to send furniture pieces that are not faulty. I ordered a high POLA side table and it had a massive deep scratch that looked like it had been chipped and reattached. I returned it and ordered a new one. The second one had something wrong with the leg so was wonky and wobbled. I ended up giving up on that lovely high side table. So instead I decided to match the bedside table I already had from Tikamoon which I love and to get a second one so I’d have a matching pair of bedside tables in my bedroom. It somehow got lost in customs after waiting almost two months. They were kind enough to solve that and re-send me one. It arrived with the handle off centre and the wood was also a bit darker than the one I had. They explained how the wood can vary and that made sense to me so I accepted the colour variation. But they said the handle not being centred people is a normal part of the manufacturing process, and I could have a £20 refund but if I wanted to replace it I could not and I would have to return both tables (I’ve had the first table for months). They did not apologise or even agree there was an issue with the handle being off centre (gap on one side and no gap on the other side), as though customers should accept small faults on a £280 piece. For a £280 table I would expect the manufacturer to screw the handle in with care and precision. It seems that is too much to ask for. At no point do they ever apologise for the faulty products. I must say they are really kind and helpful on the return process. But I am left quite gobsmacked that no one has turned around and said, yes you’ve now been sent three products all having something wrong with them and we are sorry we will resolve it. So I’ve now sent one scratcher, and one wobbly table back. And having given up on that high table, I then bought instead a more expensive brdside table that they believe is fine with a handle not centred properly. I’m just so disappointed. I have no faith in being sent a non- faulty item anymore. So I have one bedside table that I can’t match and I’ve given up on decorating my living room with their lovely POLA line which was my plan.
